Job Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to enhance patients’ recovery and mobility.

Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and exercises to encourage at-home progress.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Monitor patients’ progress, document treatments, and adjust plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and reports.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Promote a positive, motivating environment that supports patient recovery and clinic growth.
Qualifications

Eligible for New Mexico licensure as a Physical Therapist.

New grads welcome! Prior outpatient ortho experience is a plus.

Full-time availability (32+ hours per week required).

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Proven experience as a Physical Therapist in rehabilitation, orthopedic, or sports medicine settings (preferred but not required).

Strong understanding of treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferred).
