“About five years ago I got shingles in my shoulder. The doctor said it was the worst case she had ever seen. Ever since then, when I woke up in the morning there was this tingling in my shoulder. I found that rubbing it took the tingling away for a while. Recently I spoke with Dr. Ryan Wooley about this, and he gave me some therapy and stretching

“I am a 52-year-old female and have put up with mild-to-intense hip pain for the past four years. I have seen an orthopedic on and off during that time, for pain.
In 2014, at my last office visit with the orthopedic surgeon, he told me he was just waiting on me to tell him when I had enough of the pain and was ready to do something about it. Apprehensively, I decided to take action in 2015. I was scheduled for total hip replacement on Oct. 23, 2015.
I had heard good things about Dr. Wooley during this time. I really wanted to use him for my post-surgery physical therapy. When I contacted him, he advised me to begin working on pre-surgery exercises that would help strengthen my hip for surgery and make the post-surgery healing and therapy easier. He provided me with exercises, and I did them faithfully. I had my surgery on a Thursday morning and went home at 1:00 on Saturday afternoon. I worked with Dr. Wooley on my post-surgery physical therapy. He came to my house, twice a week for the first two weeks, spent one full hour working with me each time, then once a week for the next two weeks. He prescribed me a list of exercises to help strengthen my hip, give me more mobility and to lessen scar tissue.
He was always available for me to contact him with any questions or concerns. I can’t tell you how extremely pleased I was with my recovery. I was back to work full time after three weeks.
Dr. Wooley worked with me and provided the necessary tools to expedite my healing and recovery. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of this experience and my physical therapy and would highly recommend Dr. Wooley for any physical therapy needs.”
